Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

Please read this policy carefully and take it seriously. We have zero tolerance for any violations of this policy. By using our app and services, you agree to adhere to the principles and requirements outlined here. Any breach of this policy will result in immediate action, including potential removal from the platform and reporting to law enforcement where applicable.

Terminology

  • Service(s) - the Everydate application and site.
  • We - the Qublee team.
  • You - reader or person using the application/site.
  • User - person using the app or site (you or others).
  • App/The App - the mobile application.
  • Terms - this document and the full terms.
  • Account - your instance inside our Services.
  • Child - for the purposes of this policy, a child is defined as anyone under the age of 18 or as otherwise specified by local laws and regulations.
  • CSAE - Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, encompassing activities such as the production, sharing, solicitation, or possession of content involving child sexual abuse, sexualization of minors, and any actions aimed at exploiting children sexually.
  • CSAM - Child Sexual Abuse Material, referring to visual depictions, text, or other content that sexually exploits or endangers children.
  • Grooming - The act of building an emotional connection with a child to exploit, manipulate, or abuse them sexually.
  • Sextortion - Threatening or blackmailing a child using intimate images or other means to exploit or coerce them sexually.

Summary

We are committed to creating a safe and respectful environment on our platform. This policy explicitly prohibits all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including the sharing, production, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, and other related activities. We comply with all applicable child safety laws and have implemented processes to detect, report, and remove any violations of this policy.

Users must follow this policy while using our platform. Violations will result in immediate consequences, including removal of the offending content, suspension or termination of the violating account, and reporting to the appropriate legal authorities.


Our Zero Tolerance Policy

We do not allow content or activities on our platform that:

Sexualize or endanger children, whether real or fictional, including but not limited to:

  • Visual depictions (e.g., photos, videos, illustrations).
  • Text, discussions, or media that depict sexually explicit conduct involving a child.
  • Links to third-party platforms or content promoting CSAE.

  • Include inappropriate interactions targeted at children, such as:
  • Grooming.
  • Sexualized messaging or conduct.

  • Depict, encourage, or promote:
  • The trafficking of children for sexual exploitation.
  • Sextortion or blackmail involving children.
  • Imagery or text that encourages harmful behaviors or negative self-image in children.

  • Promote excessive violence, blood, gore, or dangerous activities targeted at children.

    Conversations and Images Involving Children

    We understand that members may want to discuss or share images of their children with their connections. To ensure a safe environment for all users, the following rules apply:

  • Any discussions about children must remain appropriate, relevant, and lawful.
  • If you choose to include photos of children in your profile make sure that:
            Children must be fully clothed and presented in a non-sexual context;
            Children must not appear alone in the image (e.g., they should be accompanied by the user or another adult).
            This includes photos from your childhood.

  • Profiles or content violating these guidelines will be removed, and repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

    Reporting and Feedback

    We encourage users to report any violations of this policy. Here are the reporting mechanisms available on our platform:

  • In-app Reporting Features: Each user profile includes a “Report” option for flagging inappropriate or abusive behavior as well as contacting support in-app.
  • Email Reports: You can report concerns directly to us at: hello@everydate.app or safety@everydate.app.
  • Reports will be reviewed promptly, and appropriate actions will be taken in a reasonable amount of time.

  • Actions We Take

    Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAE violations, we will:

    Immediately remove the offending content and suspend or terminate the violating account.

    Report confirmed CSAM or related violations to the appropriate legal authorities, such as:

  • The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the U.S.
  • Relevant local or global child safety organizations, based on jurisdiction.

  • Retain evidence in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to support investigations.

    Compliance with Child Safety Laws

    We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where our platform is available, including:

  • Implementing a process to report confirmed CSAE to relevant authorities.
  • Cooperating with law enforcement to address reported violations.
  • Adopting industry best practices to ensure child safety on our platform.

  • Prohibited Actions

    The following actions are strictly prohibited on our platform:

    Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation:

  • Sharing, producing, or promoting CSAM.
  • Any inappropriate interaction targeted at a child, including physical or virtual grooming.

  • Sextortion: Blackmailing or threatening children using intimate images or other coercive methods.

    Sexualization of Minors:
  • Content that depicts or promotes sexual abuse of children.
  • Portrayals of children in a manner that could result in sexual exploitation.

  • Trafficking: Advertising, solicitation, or facilitation of child trafficking for sexual exploitation.

    Harmful Content:
  • Depictions of excessive violence, blood, gore, or dangerous activities targeted at children.
  • Content promoting negative body image or self-esteem in children.

  • Enforcement and Appeals

    We strictly enforce this policy and reserve the right to:

  • Remove content and accounts violating these guidelines.
  • Refer violations to legal authorities for investigation.

  • If you believe your account or content has been unfairly flagged, you can appeal our decision by contacting us at hello@everydate.app or safety@everydate.app.
