Terminology
- Everydate - the Everydate team.
- Qublee - operating entity of Everydate (aka Qublee, LLC).
- Service(s) - the Everydate application and site.
- We - the Everydate team.
- You - reader or person using the application/site.
- User - person using the app or site (you or others).
- Account - your instance inside our Services.
- App/The App - the mobile application.
- Site - the www.everydate.app website.
- Third-party - external system connected to our Service.
- Terms - this document.
- Privacy Policy ("policy") - separate policy document about our privacy practices.
Summary
Everydate is owned and operated by Qublee, LLC. Access to, and use of, the Services are subject to the following terms and conditions of use.
- We reserve the right at any time, and from time to time, to modify, suspend or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) the Services (app and site), or any part of the Services, with or without notice.
- We reserve the right to review and remove content/accounts/users from our Service, with or without notice and with or without reason.
- We reserve the right at any time to modify and update these terms. If these changes are material to you, we will notify you via reasonable means (based on the contact information you have provided). If you continue using the Service after the new terms have been posted, then you agree with the updated terms.
- We make no claims that the Service or any of its content is accessible or appropriate outside of the United States. Access to the Site may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.
- By using our Services or by creating an account with our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree and accept to be bound by all of the terms in here, you shall not use the Service.
Disclaimer
Qublee provides the Service "as is" and as available to the extent permitted by applicable law. Qublee grants no warranties of any kind with respect to the Service and its content, including any implied warranties of quality. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error free. We do not guarantee that any issues or errors in the Service will be corrected. We don’t promise that any content/information in the Service, or that you receive through the Service, will be accurate, of quality, or complete. The content posted/sent/received by others and other Third-Parties is not our responsibility. The content and Service should be used at the user's sole risk. We shall not be liable nor responsible for any omissions, inaccuracies, or errors in the information or anyone’s reliance on it.
Qublee takes no responsibility for your conduct or anyone else’s conduct on or off the Service. We shall not be liable to you or anyone else for any direct or indirect loss or injury as a result of use, or inability to use, of our Service.
Prohibited uses of the app
You can use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not use the app if:
- you are under the age of 18 (eighteen). If you are, do not use our Services and do not provide us with any personal information.
- you have been convicted of a felony, a sex crime, or any crime involving violence, and if you are required to register as a sex offender with any state, federal or local sex offender registry.
- you do not comply with these terms and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations.
- you are unable to perform a binding contract with Everydate/Qublee.
- you plan to use this Service for illegal or harmful activity to yourself or others.
- you plan to use this Service in the detriment of Everydate.
- you attempt to decompile, decipher, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the Services.
- you intend to spam or mislead others with fictitious profiles while using the Service, including impersonation of others and posting pictures of someone else without their permission.
- you intend to promote a product, service, or yourself (either through posts, messaging, pictures, and other content).
- you impersonate or attempt to impersonate a Everydate or Qublee employee.
- you post or share harmful, hateful, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, explicitly sexual, violent, racist, offensive, or threatening content anywhere in the app.
- you attempt to or actively bully, intimidate, or harass any other user.
- you misrepresent or impersonate your affiliation with any person or entity.
- you intend to collect personal information from others without their consent and/or plan to distribute it in any form that is detrimental to others.
- the information you post does not belong to you or you don't have the right to use it.
- you share login credentials with others or create multiple accounts.
- you post any contact information such as your phone number, email, social media in the body of your profile, Feed, or anywhere else except private messages.
- you start a new account with us, after we have terminated your initial account.
- the laws of your country prohibit usage of the app.
Depending on the severity of the violation based on above items, consequences may vary. Egregious breaches may result in immediate and permanent suspension of your account, while less severe infractions could lead to partial limitations on usage.
Interactions with others and safety
Our Service is solely based on connecting with others. You agree to use your best judgement and caution in all interactions with other users, especially when you decide to take your interactions outside our Service, such as having conversations using other technical means or meeting in person. We are not responsible for the conduct of anyone on or off the Service. We do not verify anyone’s identity nor do we conduct background checks.

Profile Photos
We reserve the right to reject or crop uploaded pictures as needed in order to maintain good aesthetics within our Service. This would happen when photos trigger our review mechanism either during upload or after. If your photo is not visible anymore when you log back in later, make sure to upload another one according to these guidelines.
Keep in mind that good photos are key to your profile’s success. We suggest uploading as many pictures as you can so that you receive more likes and replies. Keeping your photos updated is also encouraged to reflect your current appearance and maintain the integrity of your online identity.
- First picture must be a recent one featuring only you, with your face prominently displayed and wearing appropriate clothing.
- Include yourself in at least two additional pictures, and the remainder is entirely your choice.
- Only one picture without people in it is allowed.
- Kids are only allowed in adult accompaniment.
- Common rejection reasons:
• Nudity or sexual content
• Inappropriate clothing
• Violence, gory, hate, or illegal activity
• Caricature, CGI, illustrations, or other types of drawings
• Personal identifiable information
• Unaccompanied minors
• Copyrighted or trademarked pictures
• Impersonation / false represention of others
• Invading the privacy of others
• Offensive or graphic content
• Watermarks or overlays
• Spam or advertisements
• Low quality (grainy, blurry, or pixelated) images
• Non-compliance with local laws
Note that profile photos could be visible to the public and/or a select audience. Users should be aware that the information they reveal in their profile pictures may be accessible to others inside and outside the platform.
Feed
In addition to the prohibited items above, our Dating Feed has some extra guidelines and restrictions:
- Posts, comments, and photos must be related to dating or relationship subjects only
- Content has to be properly written and grammatically correct, with authenticity in mind
- Do not engage in content manipulation or otherwise interfere with or disrupt the community
- Activity that contains spam, fraud, deception, or anything illicit will be disapproved or removed
- No promotional material is allowed
- Sexual innuendos are not allowed
- Sexually explicit or suggestive content is prohibited
- Do not incite or instigate violence, harm, threats, hate, racism, spamming, etc
- Posts should aim to trigger a discussion not to merely promote your profile
- Since our Feed is public, no contact information should be posted (including post contents and comments)
- Information about others is not allowed without their explicit consent
- Solicitation is prohibited
- Feed Photos:
• Pictures and/or memes must be related to dating or relationship subjects.
• Profanity is not allowed (including sexual, crude, abusive, racist, or any other type of insulting language). This relates to both the contents of the picture and the picture's caption.
• Posts must have a reasonable goal, such as asking for dating advice or showing tasteful humor.
• If posting pictures of people or self, make sure the person is clearly visible and fully clothed.
• Asking opinions about yourself or your appearance via pictures (aka "rate me") is allowed, but has to abide by all other rules.
• The quality of photos must be good to clearly understand its contents.
• Watermarks or overlays are allowed, as long as it's not copyrighted material, advertisement, or overwhelming.
Notifications
When signing up for our Service, we automatically set you up with notifications based on the contact information provided during registration. This means that by default, we may provide you with emails, text messages, push notifications, alerts, and other messages related to the Service, such as (but not limited to) offers, products, events, promotions, and activity within the App. The cadence of these notifications depends on their type and when other users are interacting with the App. Push notifications are initially optional and the App will ask you to accept or deny them. Text (aka SMS) and email notifications are turned on by default when you sign up for an account. You may receive messages from us for account-related notifications or updates, and message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier. If you no longer wish to receive one of these notifications (or all), you may opt out by changing your notification settings in the App. With text messages you can also reply "STOP" to opt out.
Violations and Enforcement
We want our platform to be a safe and enjoyable space for all users. By using our services, you agree to abide by the terms described here. Violations of these terms will be taken seriously, and appropriate action will be taken to maintain the integrity of our community.
- Warnings: Minor violations may result in a warning. We believe in providing guidance to ensure all users are aware of our community standards. Warnings are issued to encourage adherence to our terms of service.
- Temporary Restrictions: For more serious violations or repeated offenses, we may impose temporary restrictions on your account. This could include inability to access your account, main content, limitations on posting/commenting, or other interactive features.
- Account Suspension: In cases of severe or repeated violations, your account may be suspended. This means you will temporarily lose access to the platform. This step is taken to protect the community and ensure a positive experience for all users.
- Permanent Account Termination: In extreme cases, where violations are severe, persistent, or if our community's safety is at risk, we reserve the right to permanently terminate your account. This action is taken as a last resort to safeguard the well-being of our users.
We encourage all users to utilize the flag feature, reporting any violations they encounter. Your vigilance helps us uphold the community standards and ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Purchases
We may offer products and services for purchase ("in-app purchases"/"subscriptions") through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If you choose to make an in-app purchase, you will be prompted to confirm your purchase with the applicable payment provider, and your method of payment (your "Payment Method") will be charged for the in-app purchase at the prices displayed to you for the service(s) you've selected, as well as any sales or similar taxes that may be imposed on your payments, and you authorize the respective app stores, as applicable, to charge you.

Any purchases or transactions conducted on the platform are conducted in English. You acknowledge that you are responsible for understanding the terms, pricing, and details of any transactions made on the platform, and that these will be communicated in English.
Autorenewable Subscriptions
If you purchase an auto-recurring periodic subscription through an in-app purchase, your Payment Method will continue to be billed for the subscription until you cancel. After your initial subscription commitment period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically continue for an additional equivalent period, at the price you agreed to when subscribing. The autorenewal follows the respective app stores' terms and procedures and can be fully viewed and managed there.
If you do not wish your subscription to renew automatically, or if you want to change or terminate your subscription, you will need to log in to the app and go to the Membership page, which will directly guide you to the respective Settings page of your device. Alternatively, you can go directly to your device's Subscriptions screen to manage this renewable subscription.Deleting your account on the App or removing the application from your device does not terminate or cancel your subscription; the payment processor will retain all funds charged to your Payment Method until you terminate or cancel your subscription on the App or you store account, as applicable. If you terminate or cancel your subscription, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term, and your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires.
If pricing has changed and you do not cancel your subscription, you agree that you will be charged at the then-current pricing for subscription.
Because our Services may be utilized without a subscription, canceling your subscription does not remove your profile from our Services.
Purchased Content and Features
Upon successful purchase, users will unlock extra content and features as described in the App. These additional benefits enhance the overall user experience within the App. For more details see our Subscriptions page.
Canceling Subscriptions
To cancel a purchase made with your Apple ID, go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Click on your Apple ID > View Apple ID > Subscriptions, then find your Everydate subscription and follow the instructions to cancel.
Similarly, if you subscribed on Google Play, cancellation is handled by Google. To cancel a purchase made through Google Play, launch the Google Play app on your mobile device and go to Menu > My Apps > Subscriptions, then find your Everydate subscription and follow the instructions to cancel. You can also request assistance at https://play.google.com.
Refunds
All charges for purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Exceptions are only made if the laws applicable in your jurisdiction provide for refunds.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, the process varies based on the platform through which you made the purchase.
If your purchase was made on the App Store, refunds are handled by Apple, not Everydate. To request a refund, go to iTunes, click on your Apple ID, select “Purchase history,” find the transaction and hit “Report Problem”. You can also submit a request at https://getsupport.apple.com. Also see these instructions from Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084.
If you subscribed using your Google Play Store account, please contact us with the necessary information about you and your purchase (find the order number in the order confirmation email or by logging in to Google Wallet).
Restore Purchases
If you do not see your purchases and their premium features loaded into your profile, but belive a previous subscription is still active, you can use the Restore Purchases function to re-apply existing purchases into your account. Restoring purchases allows you to retrieve previously made in-app purchases onto your account without initiating a new transaction. It is important to note that restore will only work when an active subscription exists for Everydate for the account that is currently signed into the operating system of the device (e.g., iOS, Android). It is also required that the same account that was used when the original purchase was made is logged into Everydate at the same time. Restoring purchases is platform-specific. It can only be performed on the same operating system (e.g., iOS, Android) and through the same app store (e.g., App Store, Google Play Store) where the initial purchase was made. It's recommended to utilize the Restore Purchases feature if you change devices or reinstall the App to ensure continuity of your in-app purchases.
If your operating system shows an active purchase/subscription for Everydate, but the App itself does not reflect this information, and Restore Purchases does not succeed, and you believe that your account should have access, even if it is not the same account as the original purchase, please contact us with details of your issue so we can see if a restore is viable and allowed.
Account Association
Purchases made are tied to the account used for the transaction and are non-transferable. If access to the account is lost, recovering the benefits associated with the purchase may be challenging. Contact us if you belive a purchase should be transfered from one Everydate account to another.
Account Deletion
Deleting your account does not automatically stop purchases or subscriptions. Management of subscriptions, including cancellations, must be handled through the respective app stores. The benefits acquired through purchases will persist even after account deletion. See Autorenewable Subscriptions section for more details.
Store Management
General management of payments, subscriptions, and associated benefits is handled through the app stores (e.g., Play Store or App Store). Users are responsible for understanding and abiding by the terms and conditions of these platforms.
Payment Information
We do not have access to, see, or store any payment-sensitive or personal information tied to payments. All payments are handled by the app stores, ensuring the security and privacy of your payment details.
Violations and Access Loss
Violation of these Purchases Terms, as well as any other terms outlined in the overall Terms of Service, may result in the loss of access to the App. Loss of access means the forfeiture of associated benefits, but it does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. Users must manage subscription cancellations through the respective app stores.
If you are unable to regain access to your original account and choose to create a new account, and your previous account is either not usable or deleted, but an active subscription is still in place, you will need to contact our support team for assistance. Our team will guide you through the process of transferring an active subscription to your new in-app account, ensuring continuity of your benefits and services. Please reach out to us promptly to facilitate this transfer.
The loss of access to the App (that results in loss of benefits from your purchase), maybe be any of these, but not limited to: forgetting passwords or access credentials, a lost device, changed or lost phone number, loss of email, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Pricing
Pricing for in-app purchases and subscriptions is dynamic and may vary based on numerous conditions, situations, and factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, promotions, different countries/regions, subscription duration, bundled offerings, testing new payment options, and more. Qublee reserves the right to adjust pricing at its discretion, taking into account various elements to provide a fair and competitive pricing structure for users. Users are encouraged to review the pricing details displayed at the time of purchase for accurate and current information.
Language Support
While Everydate is currently offered only in English, we may, at our discretion, introduce additional language support in the future. However, until such changes are officially implemented and communicated, users should acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for understanding the English language in order to fully comprehend the content, features, and functionalities offered by the application. Failure to understand the content in its current language shall not exempt users from abiding by the terms and conditions set forth in these terms.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR SERVICE, OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR OUR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR ENHANCED DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) THE CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES ON, THROUGH OR FOLLOWING USE OF THE SERVICE; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED AT ANY TIME OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In case of any legal actions against Everydate or Qublee brought by you or parties representing you, you agree to cover and be responsible for all legal fees incurred by all parties.
Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless Qublee, Everydate, and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents, from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees arising out of or in any way connected with (1) your access to or use of the Service, (2) your User Content, or (2) your violation of these Terms.
Apple, the Apple logo, and Touch ID are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc.
Android™ and Google Play™ are trademarks of Google, Inc. Use of these trademarks is subject to Google Permissions.
